Late EFCC Chair, Ibrahim Lamorde Buried In Abuja

The former Chairman Of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Lamorde is dead.

Lamorde died in Egypt when he traveled to receive medical treatment and was aged 61. He served as the chairman of EFCC between 2011 and 2015.
Prominent Nigerians gathered at the National Mosque In Abuja to say the Jana’iza prayer for the deceased.
Among those present at the Jana’iza were, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, The National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, Borno State Governor, Babagana Zullum, and Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.
Others include, Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, National Assembly Members, Former Governors, and public servants.
