President Bola Tinubu has sworn in Didi Esther Walson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
The swearing-in ceremony occurred on Monday before the Federal Executive Council meeting at the State House in Abuja.
Walson-Jack’s appointment, approved by President Tinubu on August 14, 2024, follows her role as Permanent Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Education.
She has been a Federal Permanent Secretary since 2017, serving in various ministries.
She succeeds Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, who is set to retire on August 13, 2024.
