Honourable Ahmed Usman Jaha, Member of the House of Representatives in Abuja called on the government of Nigeria to introduce the use of mercenaries in the fight against insecurity across the nation.
Hon Jaha made this call while speaking during a plenary sitting at the National Assembly on Tuesday.
The member who is representing Damboa/Gwoza/Chibok Federal Constituency explained that the Goodluck Jonathan administration had employed the same tactics and had recorded great successes before leaving office.
While addressing the house, Hon Jaha decried the recurring security challenges ailing the Nigerian citizens and advised the government to reintroduce the use of mercenaries.
