Following the unfortunate fall of President Tinubu that occurred while entering a vehicle for The Democracy Day parade.
President Tinubu reacted to the incident, at the democracy day dinner held at the State House Banquet Hall on Wednesday evening.
Speaking at the dinner, the president said the fall was a “Swagger”, that got the social media confused about it.
“Early this morning, I had a swagger and it’s on the social media. They are confused whether I was doing buga or doing babbaringa, but it is a day to celebrate Democracy while doing dobale for the day. I am a traditional Yoruba boy, I did my dobale,” he said.
So many reactions had trailed the incident on social media, reflecting a range of opinions on the incident while videos of the mishap has been trending across all social media.
Citizens channel also reported Peter Obi’s reaction to the incident from a post made on his X account where he called on Nigerians to be of their best behavior rather than make jest over something he said could happen to anyone.
